The California Loan & Jewelry Co., Inc philosophy for success, is honesty, integrity, and the highest possible service to all customers. We strive to treat all customers the same to the best of our abilities and circumstances. This means whether a customer is borrowing $15 or buying a $10,000 diamond ring, we want to make sure when the customer leaves our store that he or she was satisfied. We know from past experiences that a satisfied customer will tell friends and thds will come to our store. Our reputation in the community is one of our greatest assets in business.

The staff of California Loan & Jewelry Co., Inc know they must go further than the rest of the competition to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied. One way to do this is to give a 100% refund on any purchase (except special orders) within seven days of purchase, no questions asked. If our customers feel they have over paid for an item or if they purchased something they really did not need, they can return the item for a full refund.

California Loan & Jewelry Co., Inc. realizes the key to business success is total customer satisfaction. Today it is not uncommon for our store to be serving 2nd and 3rd generation customers. There is every reason to believe that if we adopt the philosophy of continuing to make customer satisfaction our primary goal, that we will be dealing with 3rd and 4th generation customers as we go into the new millennium.
